Orebić – once the center of shipping, which is also evidenced by the Maritime Museum, is located under the Sveti Ilija mountain on the Pelješac peninsula opposite Korčula.
For those who prefer active holidays, Pelješac offers various options; Surfing (ideal position in the Pelješac canal), sailing, diving … Of course you can also go for walks or bike rides through the beautiful nature, but also mountaineering, especially to the top of Pelješac – Sveti Ilija (961 m).

Brave planes can be descended from the high abysses of Sveti Ilija and enjoy the flight and the view of the beautiful canal of Pelješac and the numerous islets, Korčula, Mljet and Lastovo.
Orebić- A small town situated opposite the city of Korčula with a long seafaring tradition, splendid stone villas built by sea – captains which are surrounded by luscious foliage of palms, cacti and subtropical gardens. The Maritime Museum is worth a visit with old charts, navigational apparatus and pictures illustrating the long local naval tradition.
